We have been working on this project on and off for over four years now. I think it will be worth the wait, or at least part of the wait.
The picture above is of our new Zero Percent barrels. We now have an all new jig, new barrel designs, and an easy take down frame module. I will post some more pictures soon.
We have about 65 jigs finished. The barrels are done. The bolts are in production, and should be ready to get heat treated in a couple of weeks. The frame is out of the prototype phase, and is ready to get the final fixtures made, and go into production. All the small frame parts, and the bolt parts, are finished.
Below are the new receiver tubes, pre-anodized. With the new jig, we should be able to use anodized receiver tubes.

What are the differences between the new jig and the original?
David
Joe,
The original jig was a filing jig, and the process took a long time. The new jig is a router jig, and can take less than an hour, once you become familiar with the process.

David:
I have the original jig and well it is still in the boxes. I would love to see the new jig and fixture.
Thanks

Still excited…

So, any update on the date we can order Zero Percent Ruger jig(s), barrels, etc. Just thought I’d ask.
And, for what it’s worth, thanks for all you have done throughout the years.
David
Thank you for your kind words. We are putting the jigs up on the website tomorrow.
